& Miss, is the concept of the beginnings
of a young self-taught woman and artist
who became Arthémise between
Paris & Marseille.
Arthémise, a brand of independence, a trend
brand “made in France”. All the jewelry is designed
and assembled by hand, imbued with the imagination
and discoveries of its creator Sylvie Artémise.
For the little STORY:
After a career in fashion and tourism in Paris,
she joined the jewelry industry in 2005 then
decided to return to her roots and express her
creativity through her brand Arthémise. She draws, looks for shapes, contrasts, transforms,
diverts, creating a singular universe in all her jewelry, sometimes modular or bodily. Unexpected combinations of materials and
transformations of materials give rise to unique
original pieces or produced in small series.
Recycled materials, natural dyes, chaining from French houses, all
guarantees of the brand’s values.
My artistic approach
“My happiness lies in developing my inspirations using a simple pencil and/or various materials. I like this freedom of expression and putting my thoughts into images. Love and nature are inexhaustible sources of inspiration. The beauty of natural elements and the malleability of materials alone create magnificent shapes…
My imaginary world transports me to an Eden with mysterious paths taken by fantastic creatures. Also, I naturally have a mind for researching materials and the pleasure of diverting them from their functionality to use them in a different way. I perceive the material as a support to be modeled, to be transformed.”
